The Masters in Social Policy and Community Action is presented as a proposal for professional and research built on the approach to public policy and community action. This training proposal combines the acquisition of knowledge and skills with the participation of academic and professional faculty and use the casework for a participatory approach to the complex reality of the territory.
the master, of official provided by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) interuniversity is the result of the participation of the Autonomous University of Barcelona through IGOP (Institute of Government and Public Policy) and the Associated School Doctor Robert, Universitat de Girona, the University of Lleida and the University of Vic.
Regarding the organization of the Master, cada universitat integra al desenvolupament del pla d’estudis el seu àmbit de competència aportant una perspectiva descentralitzada i pluridisciplinar pel que fa a professorat i recerca, addressing various areas of knowledge around social action, Las social policies, the with intervention, community development and urban planning, among other. Aquestes àrees de coneixement es materialitzen a partir de l’organització de visites a experiències i projectes concrets els quals s’aborden a partir de la metodologia de l’anàlisi de casos.
Each of the participating universities contribute to the organization of a Masters event around a theme or problem, combinant la visita a una experiència territorialment propera amb la reflexió teòrica i el suport als alumnes per a la seva anàlisi.
